About Us

Founded in 2024 by married couple Chris and Andrea Bazett, The Hub was created to fill a critical gap they saw in the world of dog training: a lack of community and a reliance on outdated methods. They envisioned a place where people could learn to build stronger, happier bonds with their dogs in a supportive, judgment-free environment-and from that vision, the 'Dog Gym' was born.

At our core is a deep commitment to a modern, compassionate training philosophy. We use only pure positive reinforcement, a science-backed method that has proven to be the most humane and effective path to long-lasting behavioral change. You will never see aversive tools like prong or shock collars in our facility. Instead, we focus on building trust and making learning a positive experience for everyone.

Our promise is simple: to approach both ends of the leash with empathy and to let curiosity and science be our guides. We are constantly learning and evolving to ensure we not only provide the best service to our clients but also help push the entire industry forward. We're excited to show you the difference that modern, compassionate training can make.
